The "Be a Factor 5K and Walk"

It’s hard to believe that we are already starting 2012, but ready or not, it’s here! I hope that the past year was a good one for you and your family, and I hope that the year to come is even better. As we make our way through the winter and look forward to the spring (and nice weather); in no time we will be outdoors again with our families and friends enjoying the sunshine, the bright spring colors, and our beautiful East Tennessee scenery. With that in mind, we are organizing the “Be A Factor 5K” in Loudon, TN on Saturday, April 14 to benefit the Tennessee Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders Foundation (THBDF). The race will start at Loudon High School at 8:00am, go through town, and end back at the high school on the new track. We hope to have several door prizes as well as top finisher awards.
To organize the event we are asking for your help. We are seeking sponsorships, donations, and help on race day. The sponsors names and/or logos will be on the race T-shirts and will be listed along the bottom of the race registration form. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to set up a booth beside the registration table. If you are not able to be a sponsor, then no sweat; you can make a donation for the event any time. All proceeds will be used to organize the event and go straight to the THBDF, and of course, all donations will be tax deductible. Along with sponsorships and donations, we are also seeking people who can help on race day to take registration forms, guide racers through the course, hand out T-shirts, etc.
To be a sponsor, make a donation, or to volunteer for the event, please click the "contact" tab on the left of the page and contact Greg or myself for further information.
We look forward to seeing you on race day!
